On behalf of District 51 Governor Ritchie Chong and District 51-P Lieutenant-Governor Marketing Francis Ng, many congratulations are due to you and your fellow Club Officers in one of the TWELVE Clubs to add a minimum of five new, dual or reinstated members to your roster between 1 February and 31 March 2010

You should be very proud of your achievement because only 12 of the 220 Clubs in District 51-Peninsula succeeded in achieving the required increase in membership within the two month period.
